Viola Wedding

This past Friday I got to capture the wedding of Allison and Armond. It was a special day for me, because I got to capture another wedding for the Collin's family! Allison and her Sister Becca are now both Milestone Brides! I shot Becca's wedding in 2018 at a local farm which was pretty epic, but I was really happy to their Momma Amy this weekend because wasn't exhausted because she was converting a working horse farm into a wedding venue for 300 guests.. (although it was Epic and well worth it) I know having Allison's wedding at the Beautiful Blue Heron in Egg Harbor City was much easier on the family!

I actually grew up with these two sisters and we almost all still live in the same neighborhood we grew up in. I love getting to document the weddings of locals and seeing all our people! It feels so welcoming and it is so fun seeing everyone!

Let me tell you.. this family still came in hot with the decor! The touches that Allie added to this wedding were AMAZING! Perfect colors and decorations. They had their friend play their first dance live.. which was so sweet! Their favor to their guests was a caricature artist that was incredible and also custom cookies by Allie's Momma Amy! (Which I have ordered for parties and they are delicious!) And the florals... unbelievable!

Our only mishap was that the bride forgot to get sparklers for her send off. I thought I was saving the day with a party city trip on my way over. Only to find out the sparklers I found online were birthday candles. They sorta worked.. but I don't recommend. lol They were the little candles that couldn't. I was able to salvage a few of the shots though. Also the memories of that were the best part. Take a few guests and bridal party members out to light tiny sparklers after drinks and you are in for lots of laughs!

Best part though? Is that Allie happened to get my wedding day time line blog right in time to plan our her schedule and used it PERFECTLY! Their schedule got them so much from their photo time while still getting to enjoy their day. I was so happy for them, and I was thrilled to live out my perfect timeline dreams! Also this couple was gorgeous and so happy to try all my poses and utilize every minute of their portrait time. I know they are going to love these photos forever!
